We're a small, fully distributed team building Cofactor. We don't have a big org chart or fixed roles. We're people who like making things and shipping them.
We're fully distributed and work wherever we think best. Meetings are rare, things get written down, and people own their work end to end. We ship daily and figure the rest out as we go. We also take rest seriously, because this work needs focus and energy, and long hours don't help with either.
We look for people who are happy to learn a new part of the stack when the work needs it. If you like shipping, you're curious about AI and testing, and you're comfortable when things aren't fully defined, you'll fit in well. We care more about what you've built than about your job title.
